Nancy calmed me down and with all her professionalism and knowledge of my banking needs everything went smooth. She was friendly, intelligent, charming and so very knowledgeable about all issues concerning my banking. I feel very secure and at home with Valley. Thank you Valley and of course Nancy. My husband felt the same way I did about Valley and Nancy. He mentioned that it was so nice that she called the next day to confirm and check that our banking needs were met. 🙂
