- SSS SOct 18, 20251.0ATM always broken. Bank inconvenient, requires ridiculous amounts of id/verification for all transactions, even deposits. Hours not convenient. Need more tellers, lines often long. Mails replacement debit card instead of printing, and it takes forever to get. Also, high monthly fees. Basically nothing about this bank is good. Looking to switch to another bank.
