- JLJennifer lynnMay 17, 20241.0I went there and was disappointed!! I got my paycheck and rushed to the bank before work only to find out they are closed. They need to put closed for whatever reason online. It would be greatly appreciated for people that need to use a Wells Fargo Bank in this area.

The Washington nj Branch is located near by and all who work there are pleasant. Alexandra made opening an account very easy and not at all time consuming. She explained the details and left nothing out. I also received a phone call to make sure my permanent debit card had been mailed to me.

I've been told for 6+ years they will locate in NW Arkansas, but to no avail, even though they have financial planning & mortgage buildings here. They do not give all facts. I've had a prepaid card as well for over 1 1/2 years, but they still have not issued me a non-secured card. They also tell me it will take up to 3 months for them to give me back my collateral even though they took it in 5 seconds! I also recently wired money to keep from an overdraft, but customer service Rep gave me wrong information for the routing numbers.
