  I recently visited Columbia Bank in Washington Township to apply for a loan and had a truly pleasant experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Carly, who was incredibly friendly and guided me through the online application process. I also spoke with Amanda Webb, a loan officer, who provided exceptional assistance. Both Carly and Amanda demonstrated outstanding customer service, and Sara, Deanna, and Gabriella were also very welcoming, making us feel as though we were longtime acquaintances. It was a remarkably comfortable and positive experience.

  I have been with this branch for many years. Yes, some people have left; naturally either retired or perused other careers. However, customer service in this branch has remained top notch. I do find the cooperate side has grown and needs to remember the importance of why so many consumers have remained with Columbia, attention to friendly consumer needs.

  Carly is fantastic, she greets you by your first name. Everyone in the bank is very pleasant and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you have had the best service. It’s always “never a problem. We can do that! “. Even Dave walks around with a pleasant attitude. I will never leave this bank!
