    I drove from out if state to make a purchase. I had a very complex and time consuming task. Went into this bank and dealt with Denny. Not only did he simplify the process but was super friendly throughout. I felt like I was a frustrating customer but Denny didn't waiver on his commitment or attitude in helping me out. Would highly recommend this branch. I will be a customer for life specifically because of Denny.

    We (myself and my husband) needed changes in our account. The Branch Manager Jeannie assisted us and we had great experience with this branch. It was Monday and we didn't need to wait even coming little early then our appointment, further she was very professional and patient. Thank you Jeannie.

    Poor customer service. The teller did not know anything and the banker was also condescending in their tone. It was an issue of my credit card and I couldn't make my payment because my account got locked out. She sounded extremely judgemental in my having missed my payment. All in all, the teller and the banker both did not even smile once during my interaction and in general just weren't very welcoming.
