On all occasions, I had to meet with a banker (not at a teller window, but in an office) since the situations I needed handled were not simple. In every occasion, I did not have to wait long and I was greeted professionally and courteously. I worked with Walter and Josh (individually) and both were consummate professionals, as well as personable and pleasant. They took their time to explain what had to be done and walked us through the process in each instance. I highly recommend both of these gentleman if you have to work with a Wells Fargo banker near Wall, NJ.
