    Customer Service appeared great. Professional Attentiveness towards all customer. Listened to your request. Answered all questions according to bank policy. From the tellers to the platform, very kind. Pleasant on approach. I was asked if I needed to set while waiting once. My branch gets 10 ♥️ 's. Many can get a star 🌟 but my bank has the greatest heart ❤️ in what they do in serving the community. Happy you asked, FOC

    I have been with TD for many years , yes there may be a few times that waiting in line took a little longer But overall they have been good to me & has always helped & fixed my issues, All that I have spoken to have been friendly also ..

    On Sept 8, 2025 I was the first customer at the Delsea Dr branch drive thru. Vineland, NJ. It took the young, teller 15 minutes to complete my withdrawal transaction. She needs more training. The teller was smiling for 15 miniutes as if she was talking to a coworker.I know now, why this branch has a 2.2 rating.

    Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. My account was overdrawn $550 because of a failed check from my vacation pay I waited months for. Don’t even care about that cause I had a direct deposit of 800 hitting the next day but I needed to know how to get my account back regular so I can just take my money out n close my account before that happened. The only lady to help me after 2 days of calling back and forth going to the bank in person, a lady named Melissa through the online support. Got my money out minus 250. Never doing anything with them again. There’s capital one, BOFCU, and truist. All more reliable
