The guy who I spoke with didn’t know anything and told me to wait and let my account go in the negative since it was a pending charge. Asked to speak with a manager and she was just as bad!! Told me there is nothing she can do and I have to pay the over draft fee for a charge that was on my account that I didn’t do! I ended up calling corporate and they helped me with no problem and even reversed the over draft fee for me since it wasn’t my fault!! This bank is horrible and does not care about their clients and the manager is just as bad!!!
