    I have been with this bank for about 16 years. It has become increasingly harder and taking much longer to get waited on. Their normal "crowd" is that of a restaurant on a Friday night prior to Covid19. I have tried on 3 separate occasions (including a credit score of about 700) to get a loan when I needed it over the years. They have done nothing at all to help me. The ATM lines are always long and the machine itself has been running very slow over the past few weeks. They do not care for their loyal, longstanding customers at all. I do like one of their male tellers in there, but there was a woman one day a few months back that was excessively bragging to me about the money she earns in bonuses for bringing new customers in. This is after she saw my low balance and chuckled a bit. I told her that was great! I am not about hating on anyone, but that was really not my business for her to go on and on about. However, she was not aware that I have 7 different accounts at other banks. I do not keep much money in this account, except to pay for the bills that I want to pay out of it. I believe this will be the next account off my list. There are too many bank bonuses out there to not take advantage of at banks that value their customers. It is now quantity over quality and that is apparent with how they pay incentives to their employees. The inconvenience of this bank is now outweighing the convenience of it. It just took me 27 minutes to successfully deposit money into the second ATM after unsuccessfully trying on the first one. I figured oh what the heck is another few minutes to sumit this review 😆. P.S. I just read Carissa Forrest's review from 4 years ago. She also stated something about them bragging in front of her. Eww, that is very unprofessional and sounds like it's been going on for a while! Hey TD, you need some help over there establishing some ethics? You just have to promise to pay me the incentives that your employees are bragging about😂. Siyeeeek!
