After two weeks of no activity on the matter, I called the branch again. Not only was there no record of my previous call, but I'm now told that regulations don't allow for a refund of my transaction. Please get your policies straight among all employees. There seems to be a communication and learning problem with your staff and it doesn't instill confidence in your customers.
