  24/7 banking is a lie, they say atm 24 / 7 but you cannot access it 24/7 I tried for 10 minutes to get in the atm door at the front and the key card access does not work, please remove 24/7 banking to avoid people wasting their time driving out of their way.. or fix the access

  This location has been absolutely exceptional. Upon entering you are pleasantly greeted and tellers are always courteous. Janice was my banker who assisted me with opening a second account and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. Extremely well spoken, mannered, and knowledgeable. With her excellent service I look forward to continuing to return this branch and location. Thank you Janice!

  My Girlfriend (35)wrote me a check for 800$, addressed to me. Took it to this branch to cash it, waited about 30 minutes while they tried to call her(she was at work) call her mother (my mother in law) so she herself try to call her, in order to aprove the cashing of a check that was addressed to me, endorsed by her and signed by me, with a Memo for reason, and with with my driving license for identification and the teller still wouldn't aprove it? This business is stuck in the 80s. Take you money anywhere else, As my girlfriend will be doing as soon as she gets the chance. If you do your banking at the closest bodega to to you'll probably be better off. (That's a 0 start review by the way)
