Good way of doing business for sure ;)

The response: it’s the cost to us (bank) for giving you the money from our clients bank account. Chase and others do not provide this “shameful service” to their clients’ needs.
- IEIawata EvangelistaMar 6, 20221.0Upon confirming TD bank offers notary services online to customers and non-customers I arrived at the branch to be told they no longer do it for non-customers by the manager Regina McWilliams. After confirming with TD customer service that they indeed do notarize for customers and non customers I requested the policy from Regina McWilliams. She responded by saying “I don’t have anything to give you”. This was very unprofessional and guided me to believe she rather sit around than doing part of her job. While still talking to customer service Regina McWilliams told a bank teller to call the police and requested them to take me out of the branch. I complied, but had TD bank customer service escalate my matter and was told someone will call me. My overall experience led me to believe Regina McWilliams is denying services she is to provide, while enforcing it as a rule she made up and calls the police to back her up. Based on her rudeness and unprofessional behavior she should not be able to manage a bank as she puts the banks professional standards at risk.
