Was a good bank few years back but now new rep new annoying rule to harass clients. We never had to make appt but now just harassment to make appt to visit.

I stood in line inside for 10 min with 3 people in front of me and listened to a customer get yelled at about how they didn’t have the phone to receive the pin on to get a new card. Walked out and decided to do the drive-through since there was only one car, then waited behind them for five minutes while nobody was even helping them. I finally left ran errands and came back 25 minutes later, no cars in the drive-through so I pulled up. Took 15 minutes to even have someone do a single check deposit. we have a business account that we deposit over $1 million worth of transactions every year and TD is just getting worse and worse. Definitely pulling our money out. This is just a nuisance always. Unprofessional and clearly can’t afford properly trained workers or enough workers to staff the amount of customers that come in.
