My experience with one of the clerks from the customer service area was somewhat different, a two starts at the most and made management know about it. I was gladly surprised when I received a call from a customer service representative who listened to my concerns and told me that they will work on improving. I appreciate the gesture. I am looking forward to seeing the changes on my next visit. Of course, I will update my review then.
