- SSSandra2 days ago1.0Worst Valley bank in Union City.Try using their ATM it is so old the machine just keeps rolling and not taking your money. And then the manager acts like is never something wrong with their ATM. How frustrating I had to get on a long line when I could've just used the ATM if it were working. As I am writing, I have to deposit and I cant bec I'm tired of walking there and the machine not working.

The staff see people getting frustrated on line waiting and all they do is laugh and giggle at them. Super slow lines due to the fact that the staff are too busy talking about what’s for lunch or how much they hate working at this branch…the bs between each other does not end. If you are looking for customer service…this is not the place by a long shot! Do not go here ever!
