There was a customer in the drive-through arguing about his account instead of the rep telling him to go inside he continued to argue with him for almost an hour in the drive-through while the drive-through was filled with cars wrapping around the building

As I’m waiting no one told me I needed to check in at the IPad station, two other ppl went ahead of me & then when i asked The same bank teller, he had a horrible and nasty attitude. He didn’t even tell me to check in at first. Overall this branch is very bad. All the ppl here are mean and hate life. Never coming back to this branch again, i will Be closing my accounts and moving onto capital one or chase. This bank is going down hill. Never again…
