I’ve received standard services at other TD locations a short drive away with no issue. Yet this branch operates like a private club where the entry requirement is a lifetime subscription to misery and arrogance. The staff’s default setting is condescending, but once they detect you don’t speak Spanish, the attitude shifts from barely tolerable to open disdain. The staff exude the sort of miserable superiority you only see in people who peaked emotionally before adulthood. Customer service here isn’t inconsistent — it’s selectively applied. Professionalism? Optional. Respect? Conditional. Basic courtesy? Apparently a luxury item they ran out of years ago. The employees seem less like bankers and more like people doing community service hours for crimes against enthusiasm. Their arrogance would be impressive if it weren’t so undeserved. You’re not being greeted — you’re being evaluated, and God forbid you fail the unspoken cultural or linguistic vibe check. This branch doesn’t just treat customers poorly — it treats certain customers worse, with a level of judgment and ego that makes you wonder if they’re banking professionals or just emotionally wounded gatekeepers with name tags. If you enjoy feeling unwelcome, misunderstood, and quietly resented, this is your paradise. For everyone else, save yourself the humiliation and go the extra mile to a branch that remembers it works in customer service, not self-importance. If this is “America’s Most Convenient Bank,” then this branch is the inconvenient truth TD hopes you never see. Someone at corporate needs to step in not to manage efficiency, but to remind this place it answers to the public, not its own bruised egos. Absolutely abysmal.
