  For God's sake wells fargo corperate please hire more staff! The people who work here are lovely and I have no issues with them, they're just doing their job and I've only had pleasant experiences personally. The problem is there is seemingly always a line of like 5-10 people waiting when they clearly have a volume that requires more than two tellers. I would go through the drive through that is built there with multiple lanes, but they closed those down and they're no longer stationed. This reeks of corporate cutting costs like the soulless goons they are, go anywhere else if you need anything more than a basic ATM

  I went inside to cash my check the lady (Cynthia) who was supposed to cash my check took one look at me and refused to cash my check. She told me she couldn't tell me why..her boss backed her up by making every excuse for her. It's pitiful because I later found out that they thought my check was fraudulent .now rather than call the owner of the check they refused to serve me as a customer. I'm a black male who's worked for 35 years and I've neve r experienced this in my life. I'm appalled hurt disturbed and flat out disgusted by my treatment. Never will I ever go there again m. My biggest problem with this situation is the fact that i was brought into the office and I spoke with the manager. I asked her to call the number on the check to verify my check and she refused. I also asked her to call payroll to verify as well and again she did nothing to satisfy me as a customer so their will be a formal complaint coming. She was very passive aggressive and did nothing to help me. If my check was fraudulent why would I stick around and furthermore they heard the owner on the phone asking to speak to management ,Cynthia heard him and ignored it rather than getting answers. He also called this branch but nobody answered for over an hour.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband deposited a check from his business account. Unfortunately, it was in his business name and not his. Before he was able to provide proof that the check was legit, wells fargo closed his account. No meeting, no opportunity to rectify the situation, just closed the account. My husband was treated like he was less than an upstanding citizen, 20 year veteran who served his country proudly and continues to provide safety through his business. Horrible treatment! Take your money elsewhere!!!
