  JJ Rivera, thank you so much for your help. I called customer service couldn't help me resolve my situation, I called this branch, and JJ helped within 5 minutes. The best customer service ever, thank you for taking the time to listen to my problem and taking the time to resolve it. This is the type of person who needs to be promoted to a higher position and teach other employees.

  I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Rohini at Wells Fargo for her exceptional help in setting up an estate account for my late mother. During a very difficult and emotional time, Rohini was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and patient. She guided me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier to manage. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines compassion with such expertise and attention to detail.   As a loyal Wells Fargo customer of over 35 years, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the consistent lack of service and attention to detail at the Totowa, NJ branch. My experiences here have been nothing short of frustrating, and it is baffling how a branch in such a densely populated area could operate so poorly. On multiple occasions, I have been unable to complete simple transactions like withdrawals due to a lack of cash on hand—even for low limits. "You should've called ahead", is the response I receive. The ATM situation is even worse, with frequent outages, machines unable to dispense even $100, or the unavailability of higher denominations that are offered as standard. The sheer waste of time pulling into this branch only to leave empty-handed is unacceptable. Inside the branch, the problems persist. Service is unbearably slow, often with long lines and only one teller working, while other employees sit idly in offices, seemingly doing nothing to address the needs of waiting customers. This level of inefficiency is inexcusable for a branch that is clearly highly trafficked and should be adequately staffed and managed to meet demand. If I ran my business with this level of disregard for customer satisfaction, I would be out of business. It is obvious that this branch suffers from poor management and a glaring lack of attention to detail. Wells Fargo should be ashamed that this location fails to meet even the most basic standards of service. After 35 years, it’s disheartening to feel this level of disappointment from a bank I’ve trusted for so long. The ONLY reason that I don't stop using this bank is because I live in Totowa and it's convenient from a, "I pass right by it every day" standpoint. However this bank is NOTHING BUT INCONVENIENT in every other aspect.
