    I mainly use the ATM or the App. Reading through some of these reviews, they don't seem to use common sense. If you want to make a quick deposit, use the ATM or use the App from home. You aren't limited to bank lobby hours. I have made deposits using the app and my phone at all times of the day and night. If you need to make change, there are many retail businesses that are happy to oblige. It doesn't make sense to me to stand on line and expect a bank teller to do this when it is faster at a business in the mini mall or the pharmacy. I had to add a signer to my Wells Fargo savings account. I and the addional signer sat in the lobby for all of 20 minutes until a banker was free to process the addition. The transaction took all of 20 minutes or so. Additionally you can use the app on your phone to make an appointment with a banker. Just show up for your appointment on time and there's no waiting at all! I have nothing but good things to say about this branch. I live less than a mile away. It's my go to for the ATM or I need the services of one the professional and friendly bankers.

    Excellent branch Pat manager really nice guy . All the tellers as well take care of whatever you need. Being disabled not having to wait is a plus also.

    I went in for a simple need and Jeanette was so rude and seemed so bothered that she had to help me that I was taken aback. During the entire transaction she talked down to me, even asking if “I even had a debit card to this bank.” As if I went to the wrong bank to do this transaction. I’m not sure what the problem was but she seemed to absolutely hate the fact that I needed help.

    Yesterday on my way to work , I passed the branch on Jamaica Blvd. no one was at the drive thru, so I decided to pull up and make a quick deposit of $50.00. I passed the money, deposit slip and ID to the teller. Next to me another customer pulls up and passed her transaction over. Well, next thing I noticed was the teller passing the receipt to the person who came after me. I inquired as to why the other person was taken ahead of me. The answer I got was her transaction was quick. What is quicker or easier than a $50.00 deposit. I am never using the drive thru again. Terrible service.
