- JBJersey “Jersey Boi” BoiMay 22, 20241.0First off one teller in a old people community. They take forever by nature. So when you need to run in quick forget it. No such thing as quick with these people. The drive thru teller tries to be backup but not much use when constantly called away. You have a "manager" who offers help but can't do much when they are not on a teller station and have no access to money or a computer. I only wanted change of a $20 and asked the lady I was chatting with if she would mind if I went ahead of her since it would be quick. She mumbled something and that was it. Then when they called next she went up. So my answer although unspoken was NO. And yes I am one to let people go ahead in line, hold the door, and let cars pull out. I just never seem to have it returned. So I get up there and give her the $20 and ask for singles. She tells me to put my card in. Why? I'm just getting change. Why am I being tracked for change? Put the card in and now since it's my mom she can't give me change. I already got the money out of the ATM and wanted to just break a $20. She needed her "managers" approval. I told her my mom has nothing to do with this and I gave you a $20 you give me 20 singles. No, I need approval. So if a person comes in off the street for change they can't get change without a card? I get no answer. Utterly ridiculous. In 10 years when these seniors are gone they will be out of work since we don't really need banks. Enjoy "manager". Oh and the lady who didn't let me go 😘
