- CCCLDec 19, 20253.0This Wells Fargo was fine and I only used the ATM. I am not very happy with Wells Fargo, however. I need to figure out what policiy(ies) changed causing a random fees of $10 each month. The missing stars are due to this financial institution's policies and lack of communication, not at all because of this specific location, employees, or anything to do with this actual visit to the bank. I'd like to separate this review from this particular bank branch- it is not about this visit. I left Bank of America for the dame reason and went to Wells Fargo. Now money the same thing: money being taken out month after month, without a known reason, warning, or any one reaching out. Obviously, this is the way banks make money. They take money from your account for silly reasons and there are a million other financial institutions willing to pay people to put their money in their business. Thanks for making the decision easier for me.

She helped me navigate the entire process and did it with kindness and compassion for the situation I was dealing with. She went above and beyond for us and I can't thank her enough for assisting us with such empathy during this difficult year.
