You have about a 90% chance one of them isn't working, and about a 75% chance that either withdrawing or depositing isn't available on the one that does work. It's been an ongoing issue for literally months. The amount of times I've had to drive 20 minutes round trip out of my way because of this is ridiculous. I don't get it. They just refuse to maintain their atm's.

She must have needed her cup of coffee because when I asked her to help explain a fee I had on my account, she gave me attitude the whole time and cut the conversation short. Needless to say, it was a bad customer service experience and I am planning on closing my account with them and choosing another bank.
