The branch had no one in it and the person at the desk wasn't even on the phone. I was told they were busy and I would need to make any appointment or go to another branch if I was to open a new account. I thought new accounts were the bloodline of banks.

He (johnnie) kept asking me to insert a card that DID NOT HAVE A CHIP into the chip reader even though i clearly told him it does NOT HAVE A CHIP. I asked him if he knew what he was doing because he unsuccesfully try to withdraw from my card, and he confidently said yes , though stupidly he obviously does not know what he is doing because he kept asking to insert the no chip card, he wasted my time, i was there for 20 minutes for NOTHING, because he couldnt even give me my money, stating he couldnt run the transaction again, due to his own mistakes, and tried to blame it on my card even though i recently made the same exact transaction with a different teller succesfully very recently. These tellers need to be trained better, i will never come here again.
