I was helped by Kevin Adams, Eva Marchine, and June. They were able to stop the transaction. alert the fraud department, keep me calm. They were so wonderful. I am so grateful.

Just sent me on my way saying it wasn't something they could do at the bank. So, I went to the CHASE bank in Byram. They didn't know how to certify either, but guess what? They took a minute, looked it up, and were able to help. That's how customer service should work. If you're looking for a bank in the area, go to CHASE.
