  The only reason I keep an account here is to deposit cash after my night shifts. So it’s pretty bothersome that the ATM is out of order multiple times every month and we can’t scan into the atrium to use that machine anymore either. How hard is it to maintain an ATM? People have bills to pay, do your job.

  They wouldn't cash a check their customer wrote. Cashier said they don't cash checks for "non customers" over certain amounts. I asked why. Her reply, "we have rules." Terrible service. I don't see these "rules" posted anywhere. I believe they pick and choose. I would never do business with this branch again. I hope all Lakeland branches are not like this.

  As a teenager I opened my first saving account with Lakeland in Butler NJ and I have been a customer ever since. Now as a small business owner my Lakeland bankers are always watching out for me and my financial needs. When I walk into my branch in Sparta I am greeted by name and often the manager takes time out of her day for a chat. Now more than ever I appreciate the service and reliability that I always receive. Great job and I will always bank at Lakeland.

  This is the scammiiest of the scammers. They love to pretend it’s 1982 and wait weeks before your checks clear and charge you fees for every single thing. And their app is useless. Totally useless.
