  Worst banking app/website I've ever used. Outdated, near-obsolete online functionality. Trying to close my account was a nightmare. Stick to national branches - always.

  if I could, I would have giving the lakeland bank 0 stars. I just switched banks and unfortunately, I chose Lakeland bank as my financial needs new provider. Very unfriendly, rude, unhelpful, illogical, customer service. I am really regretting that I switched banks. I thought that community banks should be more customer-friendly, but.... my mistake ..." you got what you're paid for"

  This is the scammiiest of the scammers. They love to pretend it’s 1982 and wait weeks before your checks clear and charge you fees for every single thing. And their app is useless. Totally useless.
