- TTTierraAug 1, 20251.0I put in an appointment request online since no one ever answers the phone. It said someone would respond to my email in 2 business days. I sent the request on Tuesday and today is Friday. Last time I made an appointment online and when I arrived, I wasn’t even seen on time or by the requested banker. Do better.
- PAPretty AmazingJun 10, 20241.0The level of poor customer service I received at this branch on May 10, 2024 is unprecedented. I told the representative at the counter that I had lost my debit card and needed a new one. She gave me the option of getting a new card number or keeping the old one (with a new CVV). I said I would like to keep the old number. When she printed a new card with an entirely different number and I asked her why, she informed me "I don't know. I've never seen this message in the system before. " I asked her if my old card (somewhere at home) was still active, and she said yes. I asked her if the new card she printed was active and she said no. "So I dont need this card you printed?" She told me no because it wasn't set up. She was going to destroy it and that would be the end. I could try another branch tomorrow to get a card with the same number. I get home and HoURS later try to make a withdrawal from cashapp. The transaction fails so I call TD Bank 800 number. Contrary to what the counter person told me - anytime you lose your card, you cannot get the same number on a new card. Even worse- the card she kept is active! So she gave me, a customer, the wrong information and then she issued me a new card and kept it - letting me walk out empty handed.
