I walked into the Somerset branch to withdraw my own money, handed over my driver’s license and a SECOND ID (a Social Security card) — the exact same combo that’s been accepted at the brick office before — and was flat-out refused service almost. No explanation, no common sense, just bureaucratic stonewalling. After wasting my time, a kind woman (from Wells Fargo) had to show me how to restore my digital wallet on my phone so I could access my funds. Ridiculous. This isn’t customer service — it’s incompetence dressed up as policy. If you value your time and sanity, close your account, move your money, and DO NOT rely on these people when you actually need help. Cut up or securely shred your cards and switch to a bank that still remembers what “service” means. Wells Fargo sucks.

I call the bank and they said one of the vendors didn't take the money to 9 days later after it said it was cleared already so I order something else now my account is overdraft so I will be closing my account asap.
