Normal lack and encouragement to decrease of human involvement and interaction. Taking the community element out of process. And wait gets longer. As CSr glad hand and distracts teller while ignoring 9 other customer waiting on line.

Just did not like the atmosphere at all was not warm. I won't be back so no worries just do better. And to add racist vibes, black and Latino folks beware. Eww.
