    I had an appointment to wire money yesterday going to scotch plains NJ branch. The lady who should process the wire said it is too late to do it. Then she asked me if we can do the paper work and I agreed. She has very nasty attitude, she claimed that the bank does not send wire to the intended country even though I just sent money recently to the same location. She also pretended that she is calling someone to help, but there was no one on the other line. I was completely shocked and wonder, where is her supervisor, unless she is the supervisor!!!!! what services this branch provide???? they should be ashamed of hiring such a liar, lazy, inconsiderate workers!!!!! I waisted almost 4o minutes after my work and I was so tired to receive such disgusting services....

    Very helpful and kind, despite the extra effort they had to put in to count my money. The staff is always courteous and kind, regardless of race, creed or skin tone. Hard to take the 1-star review seriously when the reviewer only has 4 reviews and constantly brings up the race card if they don't get their way.

    I went into this place today to withdraw my money.As I received my money.I asked the banker receptionist by the name Derek.Do you have a bathroom here?Derek replies by saying No.Wow so I go to Well Fargo in North Plainfield,NJ all the time and they always let me go to their bathroom.So that means racism runs in Well Fargo in Scotch Plains,NJ.As Derek lied.Every place has a bathroom.I won't be going back here again.Thanks to Derek
