- KKKatharine K.Jul 21, 20251.0I went in to withdraw a modest amount of cash and they told me THEY DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY IN STOCK. It’s a BANK, and it’s MY money!!! I can understand if it was a large cash withdrawal, but it was a very reasonable amount that I should have access to at anytime when the lobby is open. It is unacceptable that I cannot be 100% sure that I have access to MY cash when I need it.
