They hold my payroll checks for an excessive amount of time, I've been told it was because I’m “young” and my company I work for could go underwater at anytime. Also was told the my payroll checks could be fraudulent, since they didn’t recognize the number on them. Still waiting for someone to reach out. Closing my account asap and going to TD. Save yourself a headache. Edit: spoke with bank manger, she refused to give me the guidelines she follows as a manager to make the decision to take a hold off of someone’s paycheck.
