    Dear Wells Fargo ( Rutherford Branch) Can you please provide me and probably a lot more people the reason why your ATM is constantly out of order/ No cash / Not available? This is my Third time this month already trying to get cash out unfortunately again Not available- I emailed my frustration to the management team, even went inside and spoke with a customer service representative, Still the same issue. Not everything is card these days, many business only take cash now. 2 other clients were there and expressed their frustration with me as well. Do you understand the frustration that this caused? Having a branch close to home is the reason why we have our business with your bank but now not so sure of that. There’s a Chase bank around the corner from my home now on which i will be moving my business going forward. Value client for over 17 years now..

    Dear Wells Fargo Corporate, I am writing to formally file a complaint about my recent experience at your Rutherford, NJ branch. When I applied for the Wells Fargo Business Signify Card, I was advised by multiple bankers that approval is based on having a FICO score of 750 or higher. My FICO score is 753. I even showed it to Maria on my phone at the time of application, and she confirmed that was all that mattered. She specifically told me FICO was the score Wells Fargo used, never mentioning Experian. I also explained that my other scores were lower, but she dismissed them as irrelevant. Based on her assurances, I proceeded with the application. Two weeks later, I learned the decision is in fact based on Experian, not FICO. My application was denied stating that my experience score was too low, which I already knew. Yet Maria told me that was irrelevant and lied to me. Now my credit report now reflects a hard inquiry that has lowered my score. In other words, I was given false information by your employee, misled into applying under incorrect pretenses, and suffered direct financial harm as a result. This misinformation has undermined the trust I had in Wells Fargo. Whether due to lack of training or deliberate misrepresentation, the outcome is the same: I was misinformed, mishandled, and negatively impacted. Additionally, during this visit, I was told by staff that there is no restroom available to customers because of “safety in the area.” Rutherford is a safe community, and this explanation came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I am requesting that Wells Fargo: Investigate the training and conduct of staff at the Rutherford branch, including Maria’s handling of my application. Address how this incorrect information was provided and what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to other customers. Remove or remediate the hard inquiry on my credit report that resulted from this misinformation.

    This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with the Bank Manager. I went in to close my deceased fathers account, unfortunately the week prior I had a incident with my belonging being stolen so therefore I had no picture ID and I can see why you would need that as proof of identity and I admit I did get frustrated and unfortunately chose to show it (my mistake), however I did not expect to be told to leave when I’m sitting there crying and trying to gather my thoughts. This manager came and slammed down a box of tissues and walked away. She has been extremely dismissive and condescending to my elderly father when he was still alive on one occasion. All I wanted was just some empathy instead of making me feel bad about expressing my frustrations. I apologize for my behaivor. She should have a little more compassion.
