And only ONE LANE is open during the day...sooo...going during a lunch break would DEFINITELY NOT SUGGEST that lol..tack on at LEAST another 10-15 mins if you're in line..the lady was nice once I GOT up to the tube thingy lol...but MY GAWWWWWD WHY ARE BANKS, DMV AND POST OFFICES SOOOOOO SLOWWWWW when it comes to getting a task completed?! I swear it's like the sloth from Zootopia! (IYKYK!) But the ACTUAL customer service part was great. The woman who helped me was lovely to speak with and professional! Other than the wait time...it served its purpose...thank GAWWWD my direct deposit kicked in ugh!
