Spent over two hours in bank to open two basic business checking accounts, only to find out the process was done incorrectly and I needed to return to bank to complete more paperwork. ATMs are outdated and fees for non-Northfield ATMs are exorbitant. To top it off, bank elected to close my business accounts because I refused to provide them with private agreements for my business. Avoid using this bank for small business at all costs!

I'm a senior citizen and have been on the road all morning. I was told the rest room is not for public use. Really?! BOYCOTT such businesses.
