- HThugianto tamajayaMay 22, 20241.0come at 4.00 pm to see customer service for wire transfer, there are two customer services taking care customer and the two teller busy chit chatting without noticing I was sitting right there waiting for customer service. one with customer the other just finish the customer. At 4.20 pm the teller told me has to come back tomorrow cause there are no customer service available. Clearly there are one customer service available sitting on her desk doing nothing. the bank closed 5 pm and at 4.20 pm no longer taking customer??? You should put the sign at the door the last customer at 4:00 pm and just lock the door rather than put the sign bank closed at 5:00 pm They should told me right away if customer service stop serving client at 4:00 pm rather than make me wait without knowing nothing will get done, what a waste of time.
