The women I spoke to was rude and insulting. No one that works in customer service or deals with people should have that type of attitude. The employees that work here should be monitored and reviewed because they aren’t treating customers right.
- DGDennis GriecoSep 10, 20192.0ATM consistently cannot take cash deposits. Therefore, if you're there at 8 AM to deposit cash and the ATM isn't cooperating, your @#$% out of luck. Also, if you need to sit down with someone, be prepared to wait if you're not there during M-F, 9-5 "normal" business hours. It's great that you can get stuff done on the weekends with the folks that are there, but they're really understaffed on Saturdays when people are actually free to come in. Other than that, it's no worse or better than any other bank.
