I had to deal with a frustrating experience as a customer and/or client of Trustco Bank purely because I wanted to do business with this bank on many levels, but I was given inaccurate information. However, both of these exemplary gentlemen, Mr. Trinidad and Mr. Soleiman, went above and beyond expectations. Consequently, I choose to continue to do business with Trustco Bank. Since the Great Resignation is a serious problem in our phenomenal nation, we have to be nimble customers and/or clients of banks in order to get the correct financial services we desire. I hope that Trustco Bank hires savvy human beings such as Mr. Jason Trinidad and Mr. Nash Soleiman who both deserve a perfect score of five out of five stars.

Through the years these has been many changes with employees but there is one constant at the branch and that's a teller names Avtar. When I see his friendly face it makes me feel at ease. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and treats me like family. That's exactly the reason I have been banking with Trust Co. for so long.
