  I went with my daughter for her account a few weeks ago and had such a great experience! The banker V helped us out so much and helped us understand the benefits for our account. She explained everything thoroughly. There was no waiting. Thank you TD

  I have to say I am extremely happy and proud to have been a customer of TD Bank. When ever I have an issue I’m always treated with kindness and attention. They helped me out more ways than I can explain. My Banker V is an amazing banker, person, and friend. Thank you V for taking your time to help me with all my needs even with lines of customers out the branch doors. My gratitude towards you is endless.

  The only good service that is offered at this TD branch is the ATM, because the employees treat customers terribly.

  I’ve been to many TD Bank locations, and this is by far the most unpleasant experience I’ve had more than once. The staff at this branch seem like they genuinely don’t want to be there, and unfortunately, they make sure you feel it too. There’s a short male employee with a beard who has been consistently rude during interactions. There’s also a woman I believe of Indian background who works the front and comes across as extremely unapproachable. It’s not just one bad day or one off moment. It’s a pattern. You walk in, and rather than a greeting or any sign of basic customer service, you’re met with cold energy and attitude. It makes you uncomfortable, like you’re interrupting them by showing up to do your banking. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. If TD Bank values its customers, they should take a closer look at the way people are being treated at this location. It’s not just bad service it borders on discriminatory and hostile.

  As a business client, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy when visiting my local bank branch. Unfortunately, my experience with TD Bank has consistently fallen short. The customer service at the front desk feels unwelcoming, with staff members who appear disengaged and at times outright dismissive. It’s disappointing to walk into an establishment where you’re met with cold stares instead of helpful service. A positive customer experience should not be too much to ask especially from a bank entrusted with managing business accounts. I hope TD Bank takes a serious look at the customer service culture in this location.
