I have had an amazing relationship with the branch until recent. The atmosphere is now cold. If you call a few minutes before they open, they will pick up the phone and hang up. How about just don't answer? Many of the greats from this bank have been either promoted in other branches or have moved to locations closer to their homes. Others have retired and yes a few have passed on 💔💜🕊️. Over the past 3+ year I've enjoyed visiting this branch less and less. Such a shame.. it's in a great area.
