Arrived at the drive thru before 2pm and the lady at the window said they were closed. When advised that online says otherwise, they said that the ATM is opened until to 4pm. Wow, didn't know ATMs now had closing hours... thought they were 24/7.

From transfers to basic check cashing they have so many bank specific policies they will do nothing but waist your time as a small business owner. Not to mention their insanely high fees. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

I gave her the proper identification and she still refused. She also was sighing on the phone, overall nasty tone. If she doesn’t like her job, she needs to find another one. I was able to get help by calling another Columbia bank, which was sad.
