- BBBen BarlowJul 1, 20221.0Was just at this location today 7-1 because of ongoing Wells Fargo issues i stopped being a customer with this bank about 3 months ago. Was with WF for 10 years. Today I was this location of behalf of my job to grab change for the upcoming busy weekend. I stood in line I helped for atleast 20 minutes. Staff acknowledged I was there waiting but skipped over me to help another pushy customer who came in after me. When I was finally called to window the teller said she couldn’t see me standing in the back? Seriously? The staff knows me I’m here 2-3 times a week for change and paper money. I dislike how I was treated today. And if I needed anymore confirmation to not be a customer here today was it for me. The staff is nice and how I was treated today unacceptable. Do better WF!
