- JTJanet T4 days ago5.0Caring branch that gives special attention to Cedar Crest residents on site. Derek (sp?) was so helpful with my mother's account and she thinks he's the best! Since this branch is inside a retirement community, the residents expect more "old fashioned" one-on-one attention - and that is what they get.
- EFEric FJun 18, 20251.0Call center directed me here to get a full fee waived (I’ve done this in the past here multiple times and was always met with compassion and accommodation for the exact issue). After being denied according to their discretion, I ended up with the branch manager who I only got transferred to after asking “is your manager in a good mood today?” She was snarky off the bat and reacted to a disgruntled longtime customer about the worst way possible. I’ve banked here for over 10 years and I’m astonished at being thrown for a loop only to be met with someone so combative. I hope Provident QA’s their branch manager interactions with customers. Will be cancelling my account.
