Like why is this other manager a manager if they need help doing the job? Looks like poor management to me. Then as soon as this guy helps us he tells me he can’t help today. Waited 20 to hear that. Thanks boss.

Now, I see one or two of the same employees around and they don't care. Bank hours are 8:00 for drive-thru during the week but on average they start taking customers around 8:20. Shame really what this place has come to.
