- DMDan Madere3 days ago5.0The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. it seems like the bank is thorough about its identity verification process which I see as a good thing. I also liked how they gave me a print out of all the changes that were made to my account from the visit.
- WIWeir InvestmentsSep 18, 20211.0Went in to close a few accounts (5) and move the money into one account. They asked me to transfer the funds to the main account because it would take a long time to create the certified checks. So I did, once the transfers were done per their request I wanted to close the accounts. Then I was informed since I just did a transfer I would have to wait to close the account until Monday. I leave for vacation Monday and now with a 0 balance concerned there will be fees on the account. Everything you hear about WellsFargo feels real. When I go back I will be closing all of my accounts.
