- RVRicardo VelezFeb 26, 20251.0I have been a customer of provident for years and I was told I would be able to get a new debit card from any branch. So I went to this location and they refused to provide me with a new card even though I provided them with everything they asked for. I was treated like a criminal and very poorly. They also said they were going to send me a new card in the mail but also never did. Terrible customer service!!!
