- ALAndrea LeeDec 6, 20251.0I expect banking professionals to understand the difference between an LLC and a sole proprietorship. Unfortunately, this Wells Fargo branch does not. We were told we needed state filings and certificates that do not apply. We went to Chase, and they opened the account in minutes with the correct documents. Wells Fargo lost our business today, and I hope they invest in better training for their team.

He says something and once the bank account is opened, your money will automatically be deducted for some reasons only known to Raman.. not very polite guy either when you want to know something about your account. I closed my account recently after paying some which i apparently "owe" to the bank!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
