- AHAndrea HackettDec 6, 20251.0I’ve been a long-time member of Affinity and have always had positive experiences, so I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of clarity I received when trying to help my son open a simple sole proprietorship business account for his vending business. We were told he needed documents that are only required for LLCs or trade names, even though he clearly explained he was opening the account under his legal name. This caused frustration and unnecessary delays. As members, we expect accurate guidance — especially for young entrepreneurs just starting out. We hope this feedback helps improve training and communication going forward. Chase understood the assignment.

She thinks that we are walking into her house and demands service! She is a half baked knowledge lady and always exhibits unfriendly behaviour. She imposes her own rule of banking. If they are not changing this lady, this branch will bring bad reputation to the entire Affinity bank! I hope someone will read the reviews and take appropriate action!
