- 55536vinodSep 16, 20251.0This is the branch with worst customer service! As mentioned in the below comment, I also faced the worst service from the lady named "Aarti". She thinks that we are walking into her house and demands service! She is a half baked knowledge lady and always exhibits unfriendly behaviour. She imposes her own rule of banking. If they are not changing this lady, this branch will bring bad reputation to the entire Affinity bank! I hope someone will read the reviews and take appropriate action!

I got the impression she just wanted to get me out her office. Why the "talking down" to me? Why she was just gazing at her computer as I was speaking???? I was conveying important details about my FRAUD ALERT FROM AFFINITY FRAUD OFFICE. She did not allow me to complete my sentence ...I find this impolite. I have had issues with this office in past years. Been with Affinity during my long career with Bell System. Fraud alert call a few days ago.. representative hard to understand. Now retired from Bell System, I need to look for another bank or just go to the Edison branch. What's with Affinity? Years ago, customer service was par excellance .

- AAAneesah AdamsAug 21, 20241.0I have a credit card, checking, savings and I just paid off a personal loan with them. The customer service hold time is horrendous!!!! I mean absolutely disgusting. If you call as soon as they open they hold time is still no less than 30 minutes. I also had a conversation with an employee in the branch recently that could not even explain to me how a line of credit works. I had to tell her. I am closing every account with them.
