    Came in with my wife to do a wire transfer. The manager and teller were very condescending and clearly did not want to help us. Our Wells Fargo in Alaska is great but this one is terrible.

    I have only good things to say about this branch. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful especially Leslie. Keep up the good work guys.

    0 stars. This bank is consistently the worst. I am not a customer but go in frequently to cash checks that my elderly grandmother (93) sends for my kids on holidays. I went in as usual (the the Phillipsburg branch) and the teller as usual asked if I am an account holder there and I say no gets weird w me. She then proceeds to cash the check and then scowls and abruptly says I can't cash this. I asked why and she said the system is saying that I can't. She said "I could try" depositing it in my account. I said what do you mean "I could try" is there a problem? Am I going to have a problem if I put it in my account. And the woman just said I can't say (obviously I know that you can't discuss others accounts but come on). Her behavior was so strange and rude. I left and that same day my grandmother happened to have an appointment with a manager at another branch. before her appointment I called and told her to check her account and told her about what happened she is 93 years old and does not deserve to get upset and got upset because we thought that there was fraud or a problem. When she went to her appointment with the manager he said that Wells Fargo will no longer cash checks to non-account holders. That's fine it's sort of stupid because anything to make it more inconvenient to do banking than it already is but why didn't the teller just tell me that will no longer cash checks for non account holders in a professional manner instead of acting so vague and rude like something criminal was going on? This just solidifies why I don't hold an account there and I wish my grandmother would get out as well. 0 star experience. I will also note my mom has a TD bank account. I NEVER get an attitude or problem when I cash checks for my kids there it only happens at the Wells Fargo. Seriously avoid this bank and their attitude problems and unprofessionalism.

    I highly recommend this particular Wells Fargo! The staff are extremely helpful, and always nice to my boyfriend and me. In the past year we went through the grueling process of attempting to purchase a house, and as stressful as that situation was, they did their best to help us through the whole process. They were always very kind and patient with us, which meant a great deal to us both. Recently I was added to my boyfriends account, and the whole experience beginning to end with this Wells Fargo really surpassed my expectations, as they were more than accommodating; and their willingness to go the extra mile cemented my decision to finally bank with them. One of the regular tellers (I’m so sorry, I wish I remembered her name!) and the banker Kelly made us an appointment somehow even with our difficult to sync up work schedules. Not only did they find an appointment for us, but they found one quickly as well. Kelly is both professional and courteous. She really knows what she’s talking about, and she explains everything really well. She even called me just to follow up and make sure that everything went okay with me being added to the account, receiving my debit card, etc. That just really stood out to me. The whole process felt seamless, and I honestly can admit that I was more than skeptical that it would be this easy. While I am no stranger to the fact that sometimes situation‘s with banking can be frustrating, it helps immensely when the employees at your bank actually try to help you, and actually seem like they WANT to help you. I cannot praise them enough for making our experiences consistently so pleasant. Previously I had always banked with PNC, and I always felt like every interaction I had with them I was an inconvenience or like I was bothering them. Especially the one on third Street in Easton. I know I made the right decision switching banks, and I want to say a huge thank you to everybody there! Plus as a sidenote, their custom debit card feature for the checking account is awesome! And it’s free, no really it’s free! I just thought that was worth pointing out
