I didn’t realize we needed an appointment to open an account, but they had time so they helped us anyway. Alex was great and personable and got us all set up. While he was doing that, Q and Karissa were entertaining our 2 year old. They brought her water, markers and gave her a frisbee before we left. I felt like everyone went out of their way to take care of all of us and we so appreciated it! Wonderful group of people.

I was told at the door that she did not come in today, I asked if someone else could help, he said only 1 teller showed up and the line was ridiculous! Said to come back Monday, I work, that's not happening. No apology, attitude was "too bad". Very disappointed in this branch.
