- SRsandralis riveraNov 10, 20251.0Its sad that the only bank representative available today showed zero empathy towards my elderly mom who went to ask a question about my recently decreased father's account. Instead of asking her what she needed or even giving her any condolences he quickly replied, "if you dont have an appointment I cant help you im alone and too busy". My mother just stared at him in disbelief with tears in her eyes. Its hard enough for anyone to handle paperwork while grieving the death of a loved one but to also deal with insensitive ppl that lack basic human decency is another level. This branch needs to do better! Luckily we were able to go to another branch who took the time to not only sympathize with my mother but also assist her it turns out she only needed a bank statement. He wouldve been able to tell her that and direct her to a teller instead of brushing her off if you took the time. He's in a bank setting but looked like he was super stressed to be alone as if he was working in an emergency room under extreme pressure.

When i called wells directly i was told there should not have been a problem. The branch manager definitely should be retrained.

First, I didn't say hello, second he saw that I was going to open the door and I don't mind telling me that it was closed, it was not nice to inform me what time the door will be open . this type of person won't has to be there
