Instead of fixing their mistake, they gave me ONE CENT — literally a penny — and acted like that was acceptable. I was forced to wait three weeks with no access to my own money while they wasted my time and gave me different stories every time I asked for help. The problem was clearly on their end, yet they treated me like it was my fault. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely useless. No accountability, no urgency, and no respect for customers. If you care about your money, your time, and being treated like a human being, stay far away from this bank
