I was told at another branch that it was not possible to open an account, but here everything was handled smoothly and without any issues. Ms. Daissy E. Mejia completed all the procedures with great professionalism, courtesy, and a truly humane approach. She opened a new account for me and also linked it to my existing TD account in Canada. I traveled all the way from Chicago to take care of these matters, and thanks to her outstanding support and service, it was absolutely worth it.
