They have shorted my account $559 and when I disputed it they locked me out of my account. the investment adviser is supposed to implement requests the same day or the next business, not a month later. Because of their slow responses I've lost quite a bit of money and they will not fix this. I have fought with them for 3 weeks over this and now they have CLOSED my account. It's no wonder they have 95 new class action lawsuits opened in 2013 alone.
